§1 Scope
This voluntary manufacturer guarantee only covers the replacement or repair of the faulty product itself and is only valid for registered products for a period of 60 months from the date of purchase of the product. The guarantee does not include the costs of dismantling, assembly, work on the vehicle, travel and travel costs, shipping or return costs, and loss of earnings in connection with the replacement of the product.
§2 Guarantee Claim
To utilize this guarantee , the faulty item must be sent to Thitronik together with the proof of purchase within the guarantee period. The product must be returned sufficiently stamped, otherwise the products cannot be accepted. Thitronik reserves the right to replace the product, repair or refund the purchase price at its own discretion.
§3 Guarantee Exclusions
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs or faulty installation / connection.
§4 Statutory Rights
This guarantee does not limit any legal rights that the customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
